These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of moonaesthetic.in and to appointments, consultations, treatments and procedures provided by Moon Aesthetic ("Moon Aesthetic", "we", "us" or "our") at our clinics. By using our website or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Website information is not medical advice
The content on our website, social media and adverts, including treatment descriptions, FAQs, photographs and testimonials, is for general information only. It is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified doctor. Whether a treatment is suitable for you can only be decided after an in-person assessment at our clinic.
3. Appointments
- An appointment request made through our website, WhatsApp, phone or an advert form is confirmed only when our team confirms it with you.
- Please give accurate contact details so that we can confirm, remind you about or reschedule your appointment.
- Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened or rescheduled so that other patients are not delayed.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance by phone or WhatsApp.
- We may reschedule an appointment because of a doctor's unavailability, equipment issues or other circumstances beyond our control. We will inform you as early as possible and offer another slot.
4. Consultation, consent and treatment
- Every treatment begins with a consultation. Please tell us your complete medical history, including allergies, medications, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and previous procedures. Withholding information may affect your safety and your results.
- We will explain the treatment, expected benefits, risks, alternatives and aftercare. You will be asked to sign a written consent form before any procedure.
- Our doctor may decline or postpone a treatment if, in their professional judgement, it is not safe or suitable for you.
- Surgical and OT procedures are performed at our partner hospital, Sakariya Hospital, HBR Layout, Bengaluru. That hospital's own policies and charges also apply to your stay.
- Patients under 18 years of age may be treated only with the written consent of a parent or lawful guardian, who must be present.
5. Results
Aesthetic and dermatological treatments affect every person differently. Results depend on factors such as your skin and hair type, age, health, lifestyle and how closely you follow aftercare instructions. Many treatments need several sessions. Before-and-after photographs and testimonials show individual experiences and are not a guarantee of the results you will get. We do not guarantee any particular outcome.
6. Fees, packages and payments
- Treatment fees are explained to you before treatment begins. Prices on our website, social media or adverts are indicative and may change. The price confirmed at the clinic applies.
- Offers and discounts are valid only for the period and conditions stated, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.
- Treatment packages are personal to you, cannot be transferred, and must be used within the validity period stated at the time of purchase.
- Fees for completed consultations and treatment sessions are not refundable. Refunds for unused sessions of a package, if any, are at our discretion, based on the sessions and consumables already used.
- Charges by a partner hospital, laboratory or pharmacy are billed separately by them, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
7. Communication from us
By submitting your contact details, you agree that we may contact you by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp about your enquiry and appointments. We send promotional messages about treatments and offers only where you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or by contacting us. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
8. Use of our website
- You agree not to misuse our website, for example by submitting false booking requests, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or interfering with its operation.
- All content on this website, including text, logos, images, graphics and design, belongs to Moon Aesthetic or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
- Our website may contain links to third-party websites such as Google Maps, Practo, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.
- We try to keep our website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Moon Aesthetic is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or from information on it. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for medical negligence or your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve any concern quickly and fairly. Subject to your rights under consumer protection law, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
